| Nothing could be easier...have
the appropriate company representative click on "contact
us" and send us an email. We'll get back to them
the same day to work out the details. |

| How do I register for your
service? |
| Just click on the "Register
Now" button at the bottom of this page. Complete
the form and submit it to us. We will enter your
registration into our system and your new customer package
will be delivered to your office. |

| How do I send my clothes
to Laundry Express? |
| After you register with us,
we will send you a personalized laundry bag. Put
your clothing in the bag and drop it in our Laundry Express
box at your location. That's it. We'll do
the rest. |

| If I drop my laundry bag
in the drop box today, when will my order be returned? |
| All orders in the drop box
by 9am will be delivered by 5pm on the 2nd business day.
We pickup and deliver every day, Monday - Friday. Same
day / next day service is available for an additional
charge. Click "Expedite" below for details. |

| What is the $10 Processing
Fee? |
| When you
register we will charge a $10 processing fee to your charge
card. To offset this fee you receive two (2) $5.00
Off Discount Coupons. These coupons can be used
on any order or service. The processing fee assures
us that we have a valid credit card on file. |

| I already use the laundry
service. Do I have to sign up for your other services? |
| You are automatically registered
for all of the services we offer. |

| How do I update my personal
profile? |
| Go to the
Registration page and make any changes needed. Fill
in your name and the information that has changed. Leave
everything else blank. You can also email us any
changes you would like to make. |

| I've misplaced my laundry
bag, how do I get a replacement? |
| Click
on "Contact Us" below and send us an email. |

| I don't see my address
on the On-Demand drop down list? |
| If you don't see it on the
drop down list we automatically visit your location daily,
no need to request a pickup. |

| Do you accept competitors
coupons? |
| We do not. We have our own
Rocket Rewards program. You can earn 15% off any
future Rocket service when you spend $100 with us.
The coupons are automatically mailed to you when they
are earned. |

prefer you can call us at 414.277.4444 between 8:30 am
and 5:00 pm. Leave a detailed message in the customer
service mailbox and we'll get right back to you...usually

| Do you recycle hangers? |
| If you would like to return
any unused hangers to us, we will recycle them for you.
Please just put them in a paper bag and drop them in one
of our boxes. |
